Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 1, 2026

At Uliasti GmbH, we value privacy and transparency. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have regarding your data. We never sell personal data.

This policy applies to all products and services operated by Uliasti GmbH, including Advanzo, Techify, and Uliasti AI (together, the “Services”).

We may update these policies from time to time to reflect regulatory requirements or changes to our practices. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify users who have requested updates via our policy@uliasti.com mailing list.

Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information we process about:

Throughout this policy, we refer to these individuals as “you”.

Customer end-user data

When we process personal data on behalf of a customer (for example, data uploaded into Advanzo, Techify, or Uliasti AI by that customer), the customer acts as the data controller, and Uliasti GmbH acts as a data processor.

Such processing is governed by the applicable service agreement and Data Processing Addendum (DPA), not solely by this Privacy Policy.

If you are an end user of one of our customers and have questions about how your data is processed, please contact the organization that provided your data to us.
